Thank you for your interest in Ralph’s Catering Ralph Skelton has been in the restaurant and catering business for over 30 years; including ten years as Regional Chef at Stewart Anderson’s Black Angus Restaurant, six years as owner of the Leopard Cafe in Antioch, California, and eight years as the restaurant manager at Big C Athletic Club in Concord, specializing in healthy cooking. Ralph’s Catering was founded in 1983. At Ralph’s Catering we specialize in ‘on site’ BBC’s, Weddings, Breakfast/Brunch, Lunch, Luaus, private and corporate parties. We currently serve Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, and surrounding areas.
Our catering service offers all entreés and Hors d’oeuvre made fresh daily with the highest quality of ingredients at our 1500-foot commissary. Together, Charlene and Ralph have the experience to offer diversified custom menus and decorations for your individual needs.
